1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JSONXX website at jsonxx.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to both free and paid services offered on the Site.

2. Description of Service

JSONXX provides:

• Free tools: Online JSON conversion tools (JSON to CSV, Excel, Markdown, etc.). All processing occurs entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or process your data on any server.
• JSONXX Pro: A one-time purchase that unlocks downloadable files, removes the Pro file-size limit, and includes priority support. Future Pro features may be added without creating a recurring subscription.

3. One-Time Purchase and Billing

3.1 Payment Processor. All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record (MoR). By purchasing JSONXX Pro, you agree to Creem's terms and conditions. Your payment information is handled entirely by Creem and is never stored by JSONXX.

3.2 One-Time Purchase. JSONXX Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or cancellation requirements.

3.3 Access and Recovery. Pro access is restored on a device by verifying the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for retaining access to that email address.

3.4 Price Changes. We may change the price for future purchases. A price change never creates an additional charge for an existing Pro purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for JSONXX Pro. Refunds are processed through Creem. To request a refund, contact support@jsonxx.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Pro Access

JSONXX Pro does not require cancellation because it is not a subscription. We may suspend access to paid services if these Terms are violated.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the Site's source code.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract content from the Site.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to paid features.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, text, graphics, and logos are owned by JSONXX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Site without prior written permission. Purchase of JSONXX Pro grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the paid features for your own purposes.

8. No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers or devices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSONXX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or reliance on output generated by the tools. For paid services, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Pro purchase.

10. Third-Party Services

The Site may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CDN-hosted libraries like SheetJS, Creem for payment processing). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, JSONXX does not guarantee that converted output (CSV, Excel, Markdown) will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. Users are responsible for verifying the correctness of their data after conversion.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes that affect existing Pro access will be communicated by email where required by applicable law.
